Flexibility and efficiency Made in Germany

The new LumiFlexTW-3095 strip is manufactured using a reel-to-reel process in our state-of-the-art Flex production line in Germany. Over a length of 16 ft (5 meters), the LumiFlexTW contains a total of 700 high-quality LEDs from Seoul Semiconductor, one of the market leaders in the LED segment. The LEDs have a long service life and high efficiency.

The LED strip can be easily cut every 10 cm, with scissors, thus increasing flexibility in terms of applicability. It consists of a single, five-metre-long, high-quality printed circuit board and offers higher mechanical and electrical reliability compared to cheaper LED strips that consist of soldered-together sections. An integrated linear control also ensures that the brightness remains consistent throughout.

The Tunable White Flex strip is equipped with LEDs in two different colour temperatures (2700 K and 5000 K). These can be controlled and mixed with a controller, allowing you to create moods and ambience via different lighting scenarios. Setting to a cool, lively light, for example, provides additional energy for concentrated work. A warm light is easy on your eyes and helps to relax.

Thus, there is the possibility to adjust the light individually by mixing the right colours. With Tunable White, the light adapts to the person and not vice versa.

Thanks to the excellent adhesive double-sided tape on the back, which makes additional cooling unnecessary, the LumiFlexTW LED strip is particularly convenient and easy to install. Whether as cove and base lighting, for backlighting and illumination of furniture, in trade fair and kitchen construction or in luminaire design - the LumiFlexTW-3095 strip impresses with its high LED performance, high quality materials, easy handling and low installation height.

Advantages of the reel-to-reel process over conventional production processes

On the state-of-the-art flex production line, which is equipped with the most innovative reel-to-reel machines on the market, flexible base materials can be fitted with electronic components in one piece. In contrast to the conventional production of flexible LED strips, the base material is not soldered together every 50 cm. These solder joints are both mechanical and electrical weak points that are avoided in the first place by roll-to-roll processing.
